If it's on the wall, we've fixed it.
Black squares or missing blocks — usually a failed module or a loose HUB cable. Module-level swap.
Sections noticeably darker than the rest — commonly a failing power supply feeding that zone.
Patches gone pink, green or grey — ageing lamps or a calibration file that needs rebuilding.
Screen black or frozen — sending card, receiving card, media player or cabling.
Outdoor screens losing IP seal — reseal, dry out, replace corroded modules.
Scheduled cleaning, inspection, brightness calibration and spares held on your behalf.

| 3 · Site inspection | We attend, confirm the fault, and check the rest of the screen while we're up there. |

A broken screen is worse than no screen.
Dead modules on a billboard read as neglect to every driver who passes. On a retail or lobby wall, they undercut the brand the screen was bought to promote. Most faults are a module or a power supply — cheap to fix early, expensive once water gets in and corrosion spreads to neighbouring cabinets.

Before you ask us.
You didn't install my screen. Will you still service it?
Yes — most of our repair work is on screens supplied by someone else. We service all major panel and controller brands.
What does a repair cost?
It depends on the fault and how many modules are affected. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll give you a ballpark before anyone travels to site.
My original supplier has disappeared. Can you still get parts?
Usually yes. We source modules and power supplies direct from factories in China and can match most common pitches and cabinet types. Send us a close-up photo of the module and its label.
How fast can you attend?
Depends on location and how urgent it is. Tell us where the screen is and what's failing and we'll give you a realistic date — we won't promise same-day if we can't deliver it.
Do you do maintenance contracts?
Yes, and it's the cheaper route if the screen matters to your business. Scheduled inspections, cleaning, calibration and spares held for you, so a failure is a swap rather than a wait.
Is my screen worth repairing or should I replace it?
We'll tell you straight. If more than a third of the modules are failing and the panel generation is old, replacement is usually the better spend — and we'll say so even though the repair would be easier money for us.
Screen not looking right?
Send a photo on WhatsApp — we can usually tell you what's wrong from the picture.
